Albert Einstein stated that he had his best ideas after napping. Winston Churchill made similar claims. Science now understands why. You may not be an Einstein or a Churchill, but you will experience the same clarity of thought after napping.

Yet most people feel they can't nap for one of three reasons:
They believe -
1) They are just not a 'napper' OR that they can only sleep in bed;
2) That they always feel groggy if they sleep during the day;
3) Their role/life is too busy and that they just don't have time to nap!
Here are the facts:
